You can cancel your Novra subscription at any time through your device's app store. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then tap Novra and select Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
When you set up your profile, Novra's AI analyzes your fitness goals, experience level, available equipment, and schedule. It builds a weekly training split designed for your body and goals — and adapts over time as you log workouts and progress.
Tap the Nutrition tab, then the + button to add a meal. You can scan food with your camera, scan a barcode, or enter it manually. Novra's AI recognizes the food and instantly estimates calories, protein, carbs, and fat.
The AI body analysis uses your progress photos to assess your physique and track changes over time. It provides personalized recommendations on what to focus on in your training and nutrition. Photos are processed securely and never shared.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. If you're having trouble, contact our support team at support@novra.fit.
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not directly by Novra. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com. Our team is also happy to help — email us at support@novra.fit.
Yes — your data syncs automatically across all devices signed in with the same account. Simply sign in on your new device and your workouts, nutrition logs, and progress will be available instantly.
